Lola’s role and her journey :

Working daily with students, Lola will lead the curriculum to create an authentic Montessori environment that meets the criteria of the French National Education system. To fill this key role, Lola completed a two-year training program in Sweden. Bilingual in English and French, she will communicate frequently in both languages. A graduate of the University of Brighton in Environment and Media, she is able to explore human geographies, sustainable development, environmental justice, and other social sciences with adolescents. Fluent in English, Tibetan, and comfortable in Spanish, Lola will support adolescents in learning languages ​​and culture. Coming from an artistic family and having grown up in the countryside, she applies her passion for visual arts and gardening to student-led projects. Finally, her experience in emotional intelligence and contemplative practices will be a valuable asset in helping adolescents understand and regulate their emotions.

Antoine’s role and her journey :

An engineer by training, specializing in energy and nuclear engineering, Antoine also holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Grenoble Institute of Political Studies. His dual training naturally leads him to consider knowledge as transversal spaces. His teaching experience in the National Education system as a mathematics and physics-chemistry teacher also leads him to adapt to the diversity of his students. To this end, he also draws on his experience as an Operational Safety Trainer as well as on the lessons he gives to students at the Lavaur Juvenile Penitentiary.

Enterprising, Antoine has an inspiring intellectual curiosity, which has led him to engage in corporate foundation projects in the field of well-being and performance support, or to take part in project management as a steward for the Ministry of Youth and Sport in Tarn. Finally, having resided in Argentina during the first part of his career, Antoine masters the language of Cervantes as well as those of Shakespeare and Molière, which allows him to embody a multiculturalism filled with serenity.

Frankie’s role and her journey :

Originally from Lavaur, Frankie has pursued an artistic and cultural career in film, publishing, and journalism. Having settled in the Centre region, she then turned to education and pedagogy, teaching French as a contract student in middle schools. She then began leading theater workshops.

Later, back in the Tarn region, she focused her work on private French lessons, theater classes, and supporting students with disabilities. She then decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Teaching, Education, and Training. She then specialized in issues of inclusive education and alternative teaching methods.

His hobbies and community commitments lead him to hike the trails of Occitania, to look after trees and biodiversity in general.
